How Easy Is It To Be A Golala Provider?

First of all, you need to sign up to the app or using our website. This requires you to fill in a form with your personal details.

Note: Sign up, then attend a Golala introduction appointment. This provides information based on your individual requirements, such as which required items and documents you’ll need to provide.

Meet the provider requirements

To be a Golala provider, you’ll need:

• The Golala app
• Drivers licence
• A private hire licence for driver where apply
• An eligible vehicle for driver and delivery
• Identification ID
• A smartphone or tablet
• A bank account to receive your earnings

To operate a Golala service, you’ll need to obtain a private hire licence, which needs to be from a council that has permitted Golala to operate.

Golala Shop

To be a Golala shop Owner, you’ll need:

• You need to have existing business
• Introducted by a Golala manager or known shop
• Identification ID
• A smartphone or tablet for shop admin login after our team have created your account and approved it
• A bank account to receive your earnings

How to Use Golala for Users

New User

1. install User App User App  Sign up, fill your details
2. Sign into Golala app via mobile number or email icons
3.  You’ll see three tabs > Transport to hail rideshare & Dispatcher, Order shop for food and grocery delivery and Services for booking over 20 + professional service.
4. Account: View and manager profile, get general notification, create lost item, view history of all transport, order and services, invite referral, support and delete your account with Golala if you no long want the services

Users Flow

User Rideshare

1. User tab transport > Click Go Ride or Go Private
2. Enter pick up and drop location, select a daily ride type and click get pricing
3. Check the price estimate and click Schedule Now or Ride Now
4. If you click Ride Now you get a green popup (New Request Created)
5. Wait for a driver nearby to accept your ride
6. Make sure you view the driver profile picture and vehicle registration number and make when driver arrive your location
7. Rider picked up, start trip if the vehicle is the right registration  
8. Rider can share trip location with friends and family also, be able to use SOS button in case of any problem
9. When at drop location, rider makes payment with paystack our payment partner or reoccurring payment.
10. Driver waits, gets popup to rate trip when payment is successful
11. Rider also, gets popup to rate trip
12. Complete

User Order

1. User tab order click Go Eat food, Groceries, and many other
2. Add to cart and makes payment for the order made using PayStack
3. Shop accept your order
4. User can see the step by step of the order process by shop, until order arrives your doorstep
5. Golala delivery person gets alerted on provider phone app, when order is ready for delivery to your doorstep

User Services

1. User tab service> Click on any services available. Book over 20+ services
2. Select the service you need and type
3. Schedule or Book Now
4. Search location or click saved location your address, you see list and map of providers of the service you want
5. Select provider you see price per hour, kilometres away from you, reviews and click next
6. Select payment, apply coupon if any
7. Add instruction and upload or take a picture but give access to your phone camera to take repair before and after.

User Dispatcher

1. User tab transport > Click Go dispatcher
2. Enter Pickup and drop location, select a daily Golala ride type and click get pricing
3. Check the price estimate before clicking Schedule Now or Ride Now
4. If you click Ride Now you get a green popup (New Request Created)
5. Wait for a dispatcher driver nearby to accept your ride
6. Make sure you view the driver profile picture and vehicle registration number and make, when driver arrive at your location
7. Dispatch Rider pickup item, start trip if the vehicle is the right one  
8. When at drop location, item owner makes payment with paystack our payment partner or reoccurring payment.
9. Dispatcher waits, gets popup to rate trip when payment is successful
10. Item owner also, gets popup to rate trip
11. Complete

How to Use Golala for Providers

New Provider

1. Instal Provider App Provider App  Sign up, fill your details.
2. Sign into Golala provider app via your mobile number or email icons
3. You will not be able to operate service until you upload documents for approval
4. First upload your general document, ID Proof and Selfie
5. For Transport provider, upload your Driver’s Licence (you must be at least 21 years of age), Upload Vehicle Licence, Upload Vehicle Insurance certificate add expiry date
6. For Order prov, Upload your Driver’s Licence (you must be at least 18 years of age), Upload Certificate of Motor Insurance (food delivery or hire) and Expiry date
7. For service partner, Upload your Qualified from recognised body in (e.g. Carpentry, Electricity, Gas Safe etc..) and Expiry date that will be verify
8. Account: view all transaction details and earnings
9. History: view all jobs you have been doing under transport, order and services depend on your service of choice
10. Profile, change password and your bank details needed for auto weekly payout. After approval by Golala admin you will not be able to change some general profile details
11. My documents show you all document uploaded. If you delete or make changes, Golala admin have to approve your new document
12. My services allows you to manage transport, order and services,
13. Auto notification from admin, refer a friend, support and delete your account only from provider app with Golala if you no long want the services

Providers Flow

Driver

1. Driver receive ride booking alert on their app. Incoming Request
2. Driver Reject or Accept request with the location and service type
3. When driver Accepts, from app driver can call rider, arrive to pickup location, Tap Arrived
4. Tap Pick Up when rider in your vehicle
5. Driver click Drop Location to use Google map and follow
6. When driver gets to drop location – Tap Dropped
7. Driver get a popup to add toll fee if there was any and submit
8. Driver tells rider to confirm payment
9. Driver waits for rider to make payment using Golala payment partner PayStack
10. Driver click Done
11. Driver gets popup to rate rider

Dispatcher

1. Dispatcher driver receives dispatch booking Incoming Request alert if you are providing dispatch service on the app.
2. Dispatcher driver Reject or Accept request with the location and service type
3. When dispatcher driver Accepts, from app dispatcher can call rider, arrive to pickup location, Tap Arrived
4. Tap Pick Up when item in your vehicle/bike or scooter
5. Dispatcher driver click Drop Location to use Google map and follow map
6. When dispatcher driver gets to drop location – Tap Dropped
7. Dispatcher driver get a popup to add toll fee if there was any and submit
8. Dispatcher driver tells rider to confirm payment before dropping item
9. Dispatcher driver waits for item owner to make payment using Golala payment partner PayStack
10. Dispatcher driver click Done
11. Dispatcher driver gets popup to rate rider

Order

1. User place order from app from desired shop
2. User makes payment using Golala payment partner PayStack
3. Shop receive order alert 
4. Shop accept order and add time when it’s for food and date for other orders delivery
5. Order assign to delivery person when order is ready
6. Delivery person picks up order
7. Arrives at user door with order

Services

1. Provider adds prices for Hourly: Callout charge and charge per minute, on each service selected. E.g. if your Callout base price is: N1500 the Per Minute will be: N1500/60min = N25per min or you can make yourself cheaper by adding N20per min
2. If you are a services provider you will get alert from the services that you have chosen, when a user book for your services because they like your price
3. Accept service alert from user if you are available to carry out the job
4. On arrival first provider takes a photo of the job they about to carry out before they start. If not provider app will not allow you
5. After the jobs done you need to taken a phone of the finished job and any additional cost

Deleting Your Data

Deleting your data from our platform is a straightforward process and can be accomplished using the Golala App in just three simple steps:

1. Login to Your Account: Start by signing in to your Golala App account. Access your account by clicking on the 'Account' menu.
2. Click on 'Delete Account': After successfully logging in, locate and select the 'Delete Account' option. This action will trigger the data deletion process.
3. Confirm Deletion: To proceed, you will be prompted to confirm your decision. If you are certain about deleting your account and all associated data, click 'YES' to finalise the deletion.

By following these three steps, you can securely and easily delete your data from our platform using the Golala App.
