5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

Account Deletion via App

1. Open the Golala App and navigate to your profile.
2. Scroll down to "Delete Account."
3. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Account Deletion via Email

To request account deletion via email:

• Contact privacy@golalaapp.com.
• Include your name, account email, phone number, and (optional) reason for deletion.

Our team will process your request within 7 business days, and all associated data will be deleted within 90 days.
